At Gunthorpe Primary School, we strive to ensure that children are equipped with the life-long skills which will allow them to embrace and utilise new technologies in a safe and responsible way. We aim for children to recognise and fulfil the role they have in order to maintain a safe digital footprint and become responsible global citizens. Use of computing technology will be embedded across the curriculum, further enhancing children’s independence and confidence using technology. We aim for all children at Gunthorpe Primary School to have the appropriate knowledge and digital literacy which will allow them to flourish within the 21st Century world and workplace and they will have the adaptability and confidence to continue to succeed in a technologically evolving environment.
